New Beginnings

Hi peeps xxx

Firstly, as this is our first challenge of 2010, we'd all like to wish you a

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Thank you to everyone who took part in last week's challenge - there were as always, some fabulous cards and great takes on the sketch.

So we need a winner for Heidi's $25 voucher and that lucky girlie is ....

Woohooo Rachel A, it's you :)
Your Get Well Clyde card has gotten you some fab stash and if you e-mail me chick I'll pass on your details to Heidi so that she can organise your prize, and once again hugest of thanks to her for sponsoring us xxx

This week we have a brand new sponsor to Papertake Weekly and it is our pleasure to introduce Tracey from The Stamping Boutique

Tracey would like to offer is 5 images of winner's choice, so thank you to her cos that is one fabbydoodles prize and if you get a sec, check out the store - it's all good xxx

So our challenge this week, as it is new year, is

New Beginnings

How you interpret this is entirely up to you.
It could be a card for something new ie a new house, new baby etc etc or you could use something 'new' on your card - maybe something that Santa brought you!!

So without further ado, here are our cards and Sharon, Debi, Donna and Lols have all used images from The Stamping Boutique.

Victoria (GDT)

Carmen (GDT)

Dawny P

So those were our 'new' cards.

We cannot wait to see how you interpret our challenge and look forward to seeing your fab work.
If you get a sec, nip over and see what else we've all been up to and we'll see you next week for another challenge.

Stay warm and hugs from all of us to all of you xxx

Loved this challenge! I interpreted it as "utilize something that you bought and haven't used yet, you fool!", which ended up being a corner/slot punch. This is my first time playing here and it was great fun - thanks for hosting! :) Cheers from Vancouver, BC.
