Good morning everyone and welcome to a very special
Papertake Weekly because it’s our
3rd birthday and we are having a blog hop. There’s
candy all the way and
prizes hidden on every DT member’s blog :)
It’s quite a long post today because we have an awful lot to get through.
So let’s make a start :)
Firstly, thanks to everyone who joined us last week – there were some fabulous takes on the sketch and our winner is - -
…. wooohooo, it’s the fabulous
Debby.
Well done chick and if you e-mail me I’ll pass your details on to Heidi, and as always, hugest of thanks to her for her wonderful sponsorship xxx
And here ….
… is Debby’s gorgeous card.
So now onto this weeks and it’s time to start our celebrations.
Papertake was started by our very own
Steph because a few friends decided that they would take it in turns each week to send out the same materials to each other and see what they could make from them. And that's how it all began. You can read all about it in Steph's own words
here. Since then we have had some
amazing designers on the team– we still have – and I would like to say the
hugest of thanks to them all, past and present, for making this challenge the success that it is.
The present DT are just the nicest and sweetest bunch of girlies and it’s a privilege for me to work with them here.
Girls you are just the best and thanks to each and every one of you for all the help and support you’ve always given to me xxxxxx
And we wouldn’t be still going strong if it wasn’t for all the lovely peeps who come here every week and join in with out challenges, so mahoosive thanks to you all. Without you, there wouldn't be a challenge so you are so important in our success xxx
And of course there is another group of people who are important to us and that is our wonderful sponsors. So from the bottom of my heart I would like to thank them all for supporting us over the years xxx
And this week we have not one but 6 lovely sponsors who have come to join in the fun and hugest of thanks to each and every one of them.
Here’s who they are and also a little bit about them all -

And it feels like old times today because Katharina is not only one of our sponsors, but she is also our very special guest designer. I asked her if she would like to do this and I didn't think she would have time because she is one mega busy lady, but she made time out of her schedule to do a card for us and we are just so thrilled that she did. Thank you so much Katharina, it is lovely to have you back with us xxx
So it’s time to tell you what this week’s challenge is.
Well there are lots actually because you get to pick your
favourite challenge from the last 3 years.
Yes, any one you want to redo is fine with us.
Before we get to the cards, a quick call out.
We are looking for our next guest design team so if you fancy joining in the fun with the Papertake girls for 4 weeks, please put GDT after your name on Mr Linky and we’ll be in touch :)
