Woohooo Angela this week it’s you chick :)

Well done to you and if you e-mail me, I’ll pass your details on to Lili of The Valley and hugest of thanks to them for sponsoring us xxx

And check out what Angela  did peeps …..

...  what a fab image and your lovely layers are brill :)

Now before we get to the challenge, I did say on the post title that this is a very special challenge today and it is something we've never done  before here at Papertake Weekly. But as some of you will know, on Monday 17th February 2014, our very own Mary and Andrea, and not forgetting Christopher,  sadly lost their beloved Husband and Dad, Roy.

Last Saturday 22nd February would have been Roy's 66th birthday and the card that you see on here today from Mary was the card that she made for him. He always liked to see what they had been making and he would have loved her beautiful card of course. Mary and Andrea want us to use their cards (thank you my sweet friends xx), so today I am dedicating this week's post to some of the nicest people I have ever met, the wonderful family that are the Gourleys and especially to Roy.

If anybody has ever met Andrea, they will of course be able to see the resemblance she has to her lovely Dad.

God bless you Roy, you are going to be so very sadly missed xx
Please keep the Gourley family in your thoughts and prayers over these next few weeks if you can sweet peeps.
Thank you.

OK there is also another little announcement this week and we have 2 new GDs  who are going to be with us until the end of May so I am pleased to introduce Sarah and Sheri Willshire.
Welcome girlies, thank you for joining us and we hope you enjoy your stay with us :)x

So onto this week and as it’s the last one of the month we have a little sketchie for you and ….

... here it is - sketch #87

But as we are doing now,  if you would prefer to use another sketch, then please feel free to use any Papertake Weekly sketch you fancy because we have another ...

Sketchie Free For All

All you have to do is to use any PTW sketch (it MUST be one of ours please) and just add the number of the sketch you’ve chosen when you post the link back to us :) To make life a bit easier, we now have a sketches page at the top here so there are a fair old few to choose from. Hopefully this will save you having to go back through the archives to find one that you like :)

As always, please feel free to resize, flip and rotate the elements - as long as you can still see the sketch, it’s completely fine so fill yer boots!!!

And of course, as it’s the last challenge of the month, we are sponsored by those fabulous people across the pond.

Yes it’s the one and only and utterly fab

So that’s what we did and now it’s over to you, and if you get a sec, don’t forget to check out our individual blogs and see what else we have been up to.

As always, could we ask a huge favour peeps please.

Could you help to make our job at leaving comments easier by turning off comment verification and enabling comment moderation instead please pretty please xxxx. It’s ever so easy to do – see our sidebar – and you won’t get spam comments as you can easily reject the comments that you don't want to appear.

Can we remind you nicely that’s it’s fine to combine challenges but please, no back linking. We hope you understand that it’s only fair to those who make a new card xxx

And could we ask that you restrict your number of entries please to no more than 5

Thanks ever so muchly – we really do appreciate it xxx

And  just to let you know that sometimes it is not possible for the Design Team to leave a comments on every entry, with these Blogger issues that some of us are having at the mo – grrrrrr what a nightmare. But please be assured that we do stop by and we are doing our best and every single eligible entry goes into the draw for our prizes even if we don’t manage to leave you a comment.

Thanks for bearing with us and huggiest of hugs to all xxx

What a lovely post, may Roy rest in peace. Please send my love and best wishes to his family who must be struggling at such a sad time. May they soon be able to remember him with a smile not a tear. Hugs xx

How sad for the family - I hope to be back with a card. Right now, something is acting up and I cannot find the links or the deadline.

I don't see my card in the linky widget, but it won't let me add it a second time either. So in case it does not appear and you have time to read the comments, here is a link to my card :
